How works

The rules for voting, where the fees go, what happens when a call wins, loses or gets skipped, and what can go wrong.

Overview

A coin whose holders make the call

is a coin on pump.fun with a job. Its trading fees fill a pot. Every 5 minutes the holders vote UP or DOWN, and a keeper places that call in the running 15 minute Up or Down market on Polymarket.

The vote is about the direction of that market, not about the price of . When the call is right, the profit buys on the open market and burns it. When it is wrong, only the stake is gone.

Voting rules

One wallet, one vote, newest post wins

  • Who votes. Holders of the coin. pump.fun only shows callouts from wallets that currently hold it. A fomo thesis counts when the wallet of its author holds the coin on chain at the lock. A minimum balance can be added later to keep out dust wallets.
  • How. Post a callout on the coin on pump.fun, or post an update to your own callout. Write UP or DOWN in capital letters as its own word, or use #up or #down in any case. On fomo, post a thesis on the coin with the same words.
  • Not a vote. A post with both sides in it, or with neither.
  • 1 wallet = 1 vote. The size of your bag does not matter.
  • Newest post counts. Several posts in one round: only the newest counts. The same wallet on pump.fun and fomo: again only the newest counts.
  • Rounds of 5 minutes. Only posts made inside the round are counted.
  • At least 3 valid votes, then a simple majority decides. A tie means no trade.

A round, step by step

Five minutes to call it

  1. 0:00

The round opens. Posts from this moment on count.

  2. 0:00+

Holders post callouts and updates. The live round on the home page shows the count as it comes in.

  3. 5:00

The round locks. The newest post of each wallet is counted. Fewer than 3 votes or a tie: no trade.

  4. 5:00+

The keeper buys the majority side in the running 15 minute market on Polymarket. The stake comes from the pot, between $2 to $25 per round.

  5. end

Polymarket settles the market. A winning share pays $1, a losing share pays nothing.

  6. after

The keeper redeems. The stake goes back to the pot, the profit goes to Solana and is burned.

The next round opens the moment the last one locks, so a round is always running. Since rounds last 5 minutes and markets 15, up to three positions can be open at once.

Where the fees go

Half to the pot, a fifth to the fire

The coin earns creator fees on every trade on pump.fun. pump.fun fee sharing splits them on chain, before anyone touches them: 70% to the vault and 30% to the dev.

vault 70%dev 30%

The engine then splits the vault. Counted against the whole fee, that is:

  • Position pot. Pays the stake for each round on Polymarket.50%
  • Buyback and burn. Buys right away and burns it.20%
  • Dev. Set on chain by pump.fun fee sharing.30%
Win, loss, skip

What happens after the call

WIN

Profit burns

The stake goes back into the pot. The profit is brought to Solana, buys and burns it.

LOSS

Only the stake

The stake is gone, nothing else. The pot keeps the rest and refills from fees.

SKIP

No position

A tie, fewer than 3 votes, or a pot under the minimum stake. Nothing is spent.

Risks

Read this before you buy

  • Calls can lose. A 15 minute market is close to a coin flip, and a crowd can be wrong many times in a row. The pot can shrink.
  • Software runs the money. The keeper is a program run by the team and holds the pot on Polygon. Bugs, downtime or a stolen key can cost the pot.
  • Votes depend on other sites. They are read from pump.fun directly and from fomo through fomoapi.io, an independent service. If one of them changes or blocks reads, its votes are missing until it is fixed. A fomo vote needs a wallet that can be matched to its author; without a match it is not counted.
  • Bridging takes time. Moving money between Solana and Polygon costs fees and can be slow, so burns can arrive late.
  • Local rules. Prediction markets are restricted in some countries. You never trade on Polymarket yourself, but check what applies to you.
  • It is a meme coin. The price can go to zero. Nothing here is financial advice.
Questions

Short answers

Do I connect a wallet on this site?

No. This site only shows data. You vote in the pump.fun app, from the wallet that holds the coin.

Does a bigger bag give more votes?

No. One wallet, one vote.

What exactly is the vote about?

The direction of the running 15 minute Up or Down market on Polymarket. It is not a vote on the price of .

Can I change my vote?

Yes. Post an update to your callout with the other side. The newest post in the round counts.

What if hardly anyone votes?

Under 3 votes means no trade. The pot simply waits for the next round.

What does paper mode mean?

While the keeper is tested, it can run in paper mode. The votes are real and the market results are real, but the positions are simulated and no money moves. The site then shows a paper mode badge and a paper pot.

What if the keeper is offline?

The keeper runs on its own machine. When it is offline, the live round is greyed out with a note, and no positions are placed. Rounds resume when it is back.

Where can I check all of this?

The wallets above, the round history on the home page, and every burn links to its transaction on Solscan.
